Besides the group of teens infront of us who couldn't decide what they wanted after standing in line for 10 mins and taking another 5 mins to order, the service was quick once at the register and the food is always good.
The people that work there are so rude and they are always in a hurry to get you out of the line . I feel like they don’t like there job but it’s not the customers fault . Horrible customer service .

The company switched app recently, when they changed they gave customers 1 free pretzel to celebrate. I went to use it today, the computer would not take it, what makes it worse is that there's a ad for the new app, not the old one. So that's false advertising right there. Wasted a trip and a free pretzel, I no longer have it in my account.
