The staff may take longer to prepare orders, leading to slow lines, suggesting a need for more employees or training. However, customers appreciate the kindness of the staff, especially when they are accommodating requests, such as remaking a drink due to allergen concerns. This Starbucks is one of two inside South Shore Plaza, with the other located near Macy’s. Customers prefer this location because they can use their Target RedCard for additional discounts, although both locations offer the same deals.
The quality of the drinks is good when it is not busy, but it can be hit or miss during peak times. The staff, often students working part-time, may change frequently.
