The company switched app recently, when they changed they gave customers 1 free pretzel to celebrate. I went to use it today, the computer would not take it, what makes it worse is that there's a ad for the new app, not the old one. So that's false advertising right there. Wasted a trip and a free pretzel, I no longer have it in my account. If you are going to switch apps or update your rewards system, you have to make sure that everything is up to date, your employees knowledge, and the computer. Everytime I try to go I'm reminded why Antre Anne's is better. Would have bought a lemonade with the free pretzel, instead I didn't buy anything.

I didn't give 0 stars because 1 star is the minimum

Besides the group of teens infront of us who couldn't decide what they wanted after standing in line for 10 mins and taking another 5 mins to order, the service was quick once at the register and the food is always good.

The people that work there are so rude and they are always in a hurry to get you out of the line . I feel like they don’t like there job but it’s not the customers fault . Horrible customer service .

This is why they have so many bad reviews. Ana or Claudia. Whatever her name is today is very rude. Unpleasant acts like she can’t understand anything. Why are you taking orders if you don’t understand anything. They tax food. When you request management this cashier simply says “ I don’t that “. Go elsewhere !

I was doing some shopping at the mall today and noticed this place as I was on my way to one of the stores at the mall. I was looking to buy a bottle of spring water but when I saw the pretzels I just couldn't resist. The pretzels are good sized and have just the right amount of salt on them. The service was excellent as far as being able to get waited on quick and get what I needed but the person who waited on me did not thank me when I handed them the money for my items and that is a very important part of customer service. The employee was fast and efficient however and the pretzel was delicious so I definitely think this place deserves four stars. I would even give four and a half stars if I could. If you're ever in the area I would certainly recommend that you try this place. You won't be disappointed.

25 years. That's how long it took me to have a mall pretzel, and oh the gluttony! The best way I can describe these things: you know the smell wafting through the air next to it? That's what they taste like. Now, when I have a pretzel, what I typically look for is to have a very light crust outside, with a nice warm interior. The crust way easily, and the inside was rather doughty... so I couldn't tell what made it so irresistible. Then I realized: fat and salt (thanks Kathe T. for helping me put my finger on it). I'm programmed by evolution to crave these things! can't defy nature, now can I? It wasn't the kind of oiliness/buttery-ness that wouldn't have you afraid to touch your pants, but just enough to add that melt-in-your-mouth flavor. Then there was the salt, they had the amount more spot on then Mickey's D's fries, if such a thing is possible. There was enough that you could tell you were eating a pretzel, but not enough to crunch in your mouth like you're eating Bold Doritos. The very next day, I found myself craving these once again. Working in the mall, even if just on the weekends, is a dangerous thing I tell you! I was able to resist, that time... They are a little bit on the pricey side, but I fully realize that when you're operating a booth in a mall you can't sell them for a bucks, at least not during regular business hours. If ever I try a sweet one (assuming they're offered), I might just have a heart attack, but I'll die with a smile on my face!

This place is so disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend it at all. The workers are also very disrespectful. They always yell over the food they’re cooking I also heard one say the have to throw away the flour due to mice. Yuck !
