Half hour from order placed to when i actually got the food. Terrible terrible. Do not come here.
Ordered online, went up to cashier and all of a sudden cashier left and did not return, seemed low staffed and then theres a long line and no one taking orders, waited like 20 minutes just to get my food to be incorrectly made, 3rd popeyes so far ive been to and have had bad experience won't be coming back
Very slow service, and the line got backed up because some staff had difficulty understanding customers’ orders. Staff who can communicate clearly in English would make the service much more efficient. I also noticed employees wearing gloves while touching multiple surfaces and items, which raised cleanliness concerns.
