I LOVE Popeyes but I dont think ive gen ever had worst food than dis location i got ghost pepper wings that tasted like what i can describe as a “hint” of chicken and da cajun fries didnt eve have anything on them not eve salt it was so bland i checked my receipt to make sure i wasnt given plain fries or wings

I love Popeyes and have eaten more Popeyes than I'm willing to admit in my life, but this location is the Worst that I've been to.0 (see photo of mouse in the kitchen)0 (restaurant was well staffed but service was super slow. Waited 25 mins to pick up my online order. I ordered spicy chicken and they gave me original chicken.

I waited in a line with only 5 people in front of me for nearly an hour just to find out they had no chicken sandwiches or drinks. I ordered 2 pieces of chicken and fries instead. I thought this was supposed to be fast food but it turned out to be slow food. I could see the chicken was already made sitting under the heating lamps. Due to the incompetence of the workers it took another 15 for the worker to put 2 pieces of chicken and a handful of fries into a box. I then had to go to another place to a get drink. The chicken and fries did not taste good at all. Definitely not worth the wait. I DO NOT love that chicken from Popeyes!
Manager's clothes dirty and shirt unbuttoned. Manager doesn't speak English when communicating with cashier and other associates in restaurant.

Chicken is ok but the process is broken! I placed order on app and after 20 minutes the staff still had a hard time locating it. I mentioned to her about my order number and I didn't get any acknowledgment but the staff instead talked to another staff in a different language. They had a hard time looking for the online order that was placed. I mean if your system cant support app ordering, then dont encourage it and waste people' time

I ordered from here last night the order was wrong chicken was undercooked and I've been sick all day not to mention when it was delivered it was missing the Cajun fries dressing utensils and soda!I will not order from this location again!

I spent 21$ at this restaraunt.And I waited for around 15 minutes for my burger.The burger was so oily, I put a tissue on it and it disappeared. It’s impossible to grab the burger with hands.Tenders were tasteless. But fries was ok.The coke didn’t have bubbles at all. Felt like a coke you opened in the evening and then drank it in next day in the morning.
