I went in and ordered 'pick 2'. I got 1/2 of BBQ chicken sandwich which was really good and not too sweet surprisingly. I also got a cup of the autumn squash soup. I love the toasted pumpkin seeds on top but the soup was very sweet. I couldn't finish it. Too bad
Panera at Brigham always delivers a pleasant experience. I've never had an issue with the food or customer service. This is especially nice because I come overnights when service can be worse. Not here. It's always great.

Friends and I stopped by to grab a bite and witnessed a really beautiful moment! A child and their parent were in the store, and their Minnie balloon floated to the ceiling with no string attached. An employee named Victor tried to grab the balloon and when they couldn’t, Victor went to the back, grabbed a step stool and got the balloon down. Victor deserves some recognition!Maria gave us our food, 3 soups and sandwiches, and all were good.
