“The French onion soup here is heavenly! The soup is really rich and tasty, loaded with onions, and covered with melted cheese on top. Honestly, one bowl is never enough.
You also have to try their Monte Cristo French Toast—French Toast stuffed with cream cheese, sweet smoked ham, and Swiss cheese, and served with strawberry syrup. It's totally to die for, and just as good as the soup! The portion is huge, but the price is super affordable, so you really get your money's worth.
Besides, the owner and staff are lovely. Super friendly with great positive energy. If you're in Boston, you gotta try Thornton's restaurant before you leave. It's a true Boston local spot that's been open for over 49 years, where locals eat. Seriously, if you don't try this place, you haven't really experienced Boston!“

“I liked the food and drinks. The ambiance was awesome. My friend and I ordered sourdough bread and it was awesome. We both ordered wagyu and wish we ordered it medium instead of medium well. It was good regardless. We also got dessert which was pretty good, too.“
