“Matt and his team at the Boston Bennett's are always top notch in customer service and consistency. Matt goes above and beyond to greet customers & ensure satisfaction. I have become a regular for lunchtime (turkey & cheese) a classic but delicious sub & I must try their breakfast sandwiches! With so many options in the Fenway area you cannot go wrong with something from Bennett's (and it's affordable!)“
“Charlie’s Philly Steaks has gained a new fan. Honestly I’ve been to this place a few times and every time they have gotten better. Not only did I get a solid Philly BBQ Steak Sub I also got loaded fries for FREE. The Sub was delish and the heat of peppers and the sweetness of the BBQ made the sub taste like Heaven . Definitely come to this place if you want a great tasting sub and great customer service.5 out of 5 ;)“
“First time trying this spot! I got a medium size Philly steak and cheese sub with a large Strawberry lemonade drink! The steak was cooked properly not over cooked and was well seasoned melted cheese lettuce tomato pickles and mayo bread toasted! It was good sub, satisfying and good! Will try this spot again! The strawberry lemonade was good. It was way to sweet for me, I was in a sugar coma afterwards…..“
“Gotta say... this place surprised me! I wasn't expecting 'haute cuisine' from any stall in this market, but I still wasn't sure what I was about to experience. I realize in Boston you should opt for regional specialties like 'chowdah' and 'lobstah.' Still, my curiosity was piqued by a "Philly" shop in the middle of downtown Boston. And I wasn't feeling any particular flavor at the time, so... here we go! The cheesesteak was surprisingly good, overfilled and tasty! My only complaint: the meat needed more seasoning. Had I known this, I would have added a little S&P on my own, but I didn't know, so I didn't grab any. Oh well, it was still decent. More cheese? Yeah, maybe, but it wasn't devoid of any. Grilled onions? If you ask, you shall receive! And I mean, a bunch of them! The roll was also good. It was close to an Amarosa's from Philly. Maybe not exact, but close. And the fries were surprisingly good, for what I assume came from a freezer directly into the fryer. They still had a nice crunchy exterior and a soft/fluffy interior. If you ask for ketchup, there is a communal bottle with the hand germs of a thousand locals and tourists. I joke, but not really. It's not a complaint, just a wistful note in case you're sensitive to germs and such. The line moved VERY quickly, so props to the team there for shepherding us all along very well! They also HAD a line, so this is what drew me to choose this place over other similar establishments. I figure if you're operating a stall in this market, you HAVE to bring your A game. I feel like this joint knows this, and they clearly showed an effort to put up a quality product. Overall, it's not Philly legit, maybe, but it's not too far from it. Probably more legit than most non-Philadelphia establishments I've tried. And for the record, a single combo with a cheesesteak, fries, and a drink (plus one extra drink) was well enough to feed two grown adults! So, you're definitely getting your money's worth here. I'd come back, honestly! I might remember to bring a little salt and pepper, but I'd definitely come back to this place!“
“From classic Italian subs to creative specialty sandwiches, each bite is packed with flavor and made with the freshest ingredients. Whether you're grabbing a quick lunch on the go or settling in for a leisurely meal, Rondo's never disappoints. It's a must-visit destination for any sandwich lover in town!“
“Wonderful place great food and also great environment! I have no words how thankful I am of Gabrielle, I wanted a steak tips and she suggested me to try honey bbq that was insane delicious she also treated me so well I’m really thankful Gabrielle she also gave me a cookie for dessert! I run a business and that’s how you stay connected with your customers! If I could’ve given 10 starts I would! This place is must to go!“
“My aunt gave me her leftover fries I didn’t even order from here-so I got them after she finished her meal and couldn’t finish the fries-and it was a small so that tells you how big a small is-and let me tell you they were the BEST fries I’ve ever had. Not a single one was overdone or inedible or even ugly-they were all crispy and delicious-that’s a difficult thing to achieve-crispy fries 30 min after leaving the counter! If their fries are good I can only assume the rest is too! My aunts been a customer for years I only wish she shred her fries with me a long time ago!“
“Best steak & cheese in Boston period. They also have the best breakfast I love their there family owned and operated fasted friendly service. Excellent good you will have leftovers. I like that they have options for picky eaters (kids) well worth the money you spend an please tip them especially during the pandemic ? everything is always amazingly delicious ? only had a issue one time when they forgot to put my cheesy grits in the bag and gave me bean pie instead of bread pudding I called and they immediately made it right. I still wish they delivered because I would definitely eat there more often.Kid-friendliness: In my opinion yes. They don't put up with the rift raft that goes on in the area & I usually just ask them to make whatever my child wants if they have it they'll do it.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs easy access“
“I’ve lived all over the country to include in NYC, and can hands down say this is one of my favorite breakfast sandwich shops. The care that goes into the prep, the fresh off the griddle real egg, the perfect bite every time - and the gems that work there…just the best. This spot might be easy to overlook, but don’t!“
