“Perfect little sub shop in Backbay. We opted for the Italian Sub to go. The atmosphere was awesome with a lot of locals getting what seemed to be a regular daily lunch meal. The staff and customers seemed to know each other and a sense of community was ever so prevalent. The food itself was outstanding, even after a 5 hour train ride it traveled with us to ur next stop. Highly recommend this place. Truly a diamond in the rough.“

The wait was short, and I liked that you can see your name and estimated time on the board. We ordered takeout, but there were tables available for dining in as well. The restaurant is clean, inviting, and comfortable, and the service was great. I would definitely recommend Banh Mi Huong for a satisfying meal.“

“One of the best sub sandwiches you will ever have.
Service is fast. Food is great quality. You get a great value here. The subs are about 50% larger than most other places nearby and it is about a dollar cheaper. There is not much room to eat and the stools are very wobbly. That does not matter much since almost all the customers are grab and go.

I highly recommend this place.“

Got the Jersey Mikes Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. The bread was fresh, the meat was cooked fresh and cooked perfectly. It was so delicious. The onions, peppers, and cheese go well with the steak. Barely ate the entire thing it was huge and I was hungry after walking all day.

“I love Mario’s! I’ve been a customer for nearly eight years, and I have to say the breakfast menu is incredibly consistent. You can order four of the same sandwiches, and they’ll taste exactly the same. Consistency like that is hard to find in today’s food industry, even among fast-food restaurants.

The staff has always been friendly, regardless of any changes over the years. Even though the location has changed, it’s still the same heartwarming food joint it has always been.

My one and only feedback: please bring back the Spanish food to the menu. The rice, beans, beef, and chicken were exceptional. Additionally, bring back the tacos and tortas—they were so tasty and full of flavor!“

“Awesome service. We were there Saturday, 3 sandwiches & a chicken Caesar salad. The lady taking orders was very cheerful and pleasant. The cook was quick and did a good job on our order. The Korean bbq was so good I finished it before leaving the parking lot and then ate some of my partners steak bomb and a little of my daughters salad. I wasn't hungry when we got there but the food smelled so good. Those two ladies work very well together and we enjoyed our short stop there. I really wish they would come up with a rewards or point system for employees at the design center who come here almost daily. “Charlie’s Philly Steaks has gained a new fan. Honestly I’ve been to this place a few times and every time they have gotten better. Not only did I get a solid Philly BBQ Steak Sub I also got loaded fries for FREE. The Sub was delish and the heat of peppers and the sweetness of the BBQ made the sub taste like Heaven . Definitely come to this place if you want a great tasting sub and great customer service.
