“Because the majority of their food, dressings, sauces, etc are made in-house and taste incredible. You pay a little more for some of their items but it is definitely worth every penny. And the portion sizes are great too. Their menu takes u from soups, wraps, cold sandwiches, hot sandwiches, salads and hot dishes. “Fairly solid. Got the legendary “Clogger”, which was very great would definitely recommend. Every Medford Resident I have ever known has, at one point in there life, glazed the ever loving crap out of this establishment. As an outsider to the Medford cuisine scene, I can say that Jim’s Market is a solid choice for a breakfast sub. Thank you Jim’s market for being an inspiration to the citizens of Medford and thank you for being a community pillar, a beacon of decent eats in an otherwise cuisine devoid town.

Disco egg & cheese: one of the best egg & cheese sandwiches I've ever had. Perfect little focaccia loaf, egg yolk that's soft but not runny, and some good cheddar. Pickled carrots are the cherry on top.

Earl gray scone: you can taste the earl gray throughout, nice thin but brown crust, soft inside. Perfect scone.

Cornbread muffin: Great cornbread with a nice bit of kosher salt on the top. Good top to bottom. My 13 year old ate it in no time.

House-made cardamom soda: Delicious! was gone in no time.

“Haven't been to this place in years but, boy sm I glad I did. Got a steak onion and cheese sub at 8 AM, because I could order that at what would be other shops " Breakfast only" time. Nice soft roll ,steak NOT chopped to oblivious gravel like other shops. This spot IS the spot for a steak and cheese . I'm gonna go back and try all the ol standards again done right. Kudos. Can't wait to try a simple hit dog. Believe it or not, people screw that up . But according to the reviews I've seen, they're done just right. It's really nice to know that these non pretentecious simply good food places still do exist.“
