“The hospitality and welcomeness of this establishment is amazing if your looking to get a REAL AUTHENTIC SUB I would highly recommend coming here. The food is amazing I tried the meatball sub for the first time from the Parmesan to the tomato sauce and the meat itself was cooked to perfection and more importantly was freshly made. Each bite was tasteful and packed with flavor. The steak and cheese is also a 10/10 if your ever in the Lynn , Saugus area I highly recommend taking the drive here it’ll be well worth it !!“

Our takeout for breakfast (pancakes and bacon/egg/cheese on everything bagel) was delicious and satisfying, and the bagel was great (way better than I expect for a bagel from a place that's not focused on them).

Just as important is catching up weekly with owner, Kat, to get her commentary on latest menu items and other exciting things she’s up to - ie guest spotting at neighbor restaurant Urban Hearth! I’ll go out of my way earlier/later in the week to come by if I can’t make it on my usual day. If any sandwiches catch your eye, definitely give it a shot. Truly filling a unique niche - you can get classic italian sandos from Dave’s fresh, coffee shop breakfasts from the usuals, but stop here for something new and always fun!“

Nice soft roll ,steak NOT chopped to oblivious gravel like other shops. This spot IS the spot for a steak and cheese . I'm gonna go back and try all the ol standards again done right. Kudos. Can't wait to try a simple hit dog. Believe it or not, people screw that up . But according to the reviews I've seen, they're done just right. “We had takeout for breakfast. This is a great location that is convenient to the airport and online ordering was a quick and smooth process. The breakfast sandwiches are excellent. Our only complaint is that we prefer our eggs scrambled but they only serve them over easy. We added a note in the order asking if it was possible to have them scrambled but I guess it’s not. We would go back in a heartbeat if there was the ability to have your eggs cooked the way you prefer but will sadly pass on a second visit. If you are okay with this then you will love this place!“

My parents were here for my dad’s surgery and we stopped in for sandwiches that we all loved (and mom is PICKY).
