10 Best Fast Food Restaurants in Saugus

“Cold cuts are sliced fresh, our sub was delicious. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. The manager was awesome“

“Was not busy. Food good, a fair price given the state of the economy these days. Counter folks friendly. Generally clean compared to many fast food establishments in the area. (Some maintenance needed in men's restroom, doorlock broken)

Parking: Parking is at an open air mall. One needs to be cautious with other drivers careening across the lot w/o regards to stop signs., using the lot as a shortcut to other neighboring areas & stores.“

“Food is great. Staff is very friendly. Atmosphere is awesome.“

“Just visited Marao Burger and it definitely stands out from your typical burger spot. The burgers are packed with flavor—juicy, well-seasoned, and made with fresh ingredients that you can actually taste. The buns were soft but held everything together perfectly, which makes a big difference.

The menu has a nice variety, whether you’re in the mood for something classic or a bit more loaded. The fries were crispy and well done, and the portions were generous.

Service was friendly and efficient, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming.

If you’re a burger fan, Marao Burger is absolutely worth trying—solid quality and a satisfying experience from start to finish.“

“as usual McDonald's always on point especially this location is clean and costly see someone cleaning great attitudes and of course the food is spectacular Thank You“

“Needed somewhere to sit for 2 hours while having a hitch installed at nearby Rack Attack. Bought a breakfast item. Service was friendly, food was hot and tasty and the entire store was spotless. I really appreciated that they had no problem with me sitting and reading there for the 2hours.“

“My husband and I Went in at 7 pm at the Saugus facility to order for a cheerleading squad but was totally ignored and not a word from any employee that we will be with you shortly. They looked at us and kept on working. We waited over 5 minutes and walked out and went to raising canes, I tried to call to complain the next day and they don’t even answer their phone. I’m not sure why the patrons should be ignored, I would never give them my money again !“

“I’ve been here a few times recently and every time has been perfect. No problems with customer service, as clean as a mall can be, but more importantly, the food is better than any other Taco Bell I’ve had in the state. That seems ridiculous but I’m not exaggerating. I thought Taco Bell was going downhill until I came here and realized that it was just those other places. I wanted to write a review purely for that reason.“

“This is the better Burger King of the 2 on Rt1“
