“Im not sure if this is the same ADK shop in roxbury by Mt Pleasant St, but if it is i went there today on a whim. I was hungry after an 11 hour work day. Doing laundry next door and decided to stop by.
I asked the gentleman at the counter if they did Tripleta sandwiches as they weren't on the menu. He didnt hesitate to say yes and in 10 minutes chuffed me up the BEST SANDWICH I have ever eaten in my life. The meat was tender and rich, the pepper jack cheese had the perfect kick, the red onions and mayo perfectly went with the sandwich. I had to go back just to let the only guy working he did amazing. Im just your average white guy who was more than impressed by this sandwich. I highly reccomend.“

“The woman that made my sandwiches made them exactly how I asked. I like the set up of all the meats, cheese and condiments. Everything is not out in the open and in a glass cooler. So you can see what you want but everything is separated and protected.“

I had such a great experience at this Subway! The service was honestly above and beyond. The lady working there was incredibly sweet and attentive. One moment that really stood out to me: a customer ahead of me bought a combo meal and walked out without grabbing his chips. Instead of just letting it go, she ran out the door to let him know that his combo included chips and made sure he got them. That kind of care and effort is so rare these days and really shows how much she cares about her customers.

As for my order — my sandwich was super fresh and absolutely delicious. She made it with care, and it honestly might’ve been the best sub I’ve ever had. The whole experience left me smiling. Huge shoutout to her for being so kind and making my day. Highly recommend stopping by this location! 🙌🥪💚“

“Perfect little sub shop in Backbay. We opted for the Italian Sub to go. The atmosphere was awesome with a lot of locals getting what seemed to be a regular daily lunch meal. The staff and customers seemed to know each other and a sense of community was ever so prevalent. The food itself was outstanding, even after a 5 hour train ride it traveled with us to ur next stop. Highly recommend this place. Truly a diamond in the rough.“

“Haven't been to this place in years but, boy sm I glad I did. Got a steak onion and cheese sub at 8 AM, because I could order that at what would be other shops " Breakfast only" time. Nice soft roll ,steak NOT chopped to oblivious gravel like other shops. This spot IS the spot for a steak and cheese . I'm gonna go back and try all the ol standards again done right. Kudos. Can't wait to try a simple hit dog. Believe it or not, people screw that up . But according to the reviews I've seen, they're done just right. It's really nice to know that these non pretentecious simply good food places still do exist.“
