“I'm a taxi driver and I'm in there every day the owner of the company and the work is a great people the story is always clean I could go in and use the bathroom they don't say anything about it they know me by my name they work hard story is 100% clean sanitary the owners are awesome to their workers and they treat them with respect and give them hours to pay the bills.. I understand people have to make money but the owner takes care of her workers even when slow she makes sure her employees are making money that's called a good boss she's respectful iftake care of her business.... “I honestly don’t understand why some reviews are so negative. If I decide to order fast food, I’m going to judge it as fast food—and Charleys Cheesesteaks in Braintree definitely meets expectations in a good way.

The cheesesteaks are genuinely tasty and really good for the price. There’s plenty of cheese, and the portion sizes are great, especially since you can choose from three different sizes. The boneless wings were okay as well, maybe a bit too crispy, but still enjoyable.

Another big plus is the location inside the mall, where you can always find a bright, clean, and pleasant place to sit. Overall, a solid spot for a quick, satisfying meal.“

“Perfect little sub shop in Backbay. We opted for the Italian Sub to go. The atmosphere was awesome with a lot of locals getting what seemed to be a regular daily lunch meal. The staff and customers seemed to know each other and a sense of community was ever so prevalent. The food itself was outstanding, even after a 5 hour train ride it traveled with us to ur next stop. Highly recommend this place. Truly a diamond in the rough.“

Nice soft roll ,steak NOT chopped to oblivious gravel like other shops. This spot IS the spot for a steak and cheese . I'm gonna go back and try all the ol standards again done right. Kudos. Can't wait to try a simple hit dog. Believe it or not, people screw that up . But according to the reviews I've seen, they're done just right. “Shantay and the staff were absolutely phenomenal! I always used to order a Large #9 in a pocket and I was told in Weymouth they couldn't do that for me the manager was very rude. She told me they were new pockets and they would fall apart. Then when I went to Brockton and they told me that the new pockets were better pockets and they wouldn't fall apart. I don't know, but all I know is the two other times I had it at the D'Angelo's Store in Dedham they were great as well and Janet the store manager made them for me and they fit fine in the pockets didn't rip. Thankfully they did this for me in Brockton too and it's my favorite lunch sandwich in the world and they were absolutely phenomenal about it! She consistently went over and beyond, to not only recommend but also make sure I was safe regarding my food allergies. She was amazing (very polite, and kind). “Have been seeing this place for a bit on my way to flour bakery. Today I decided to try it. I walked in met Nico (nice and helpful). Because it was a new place and they had so many offerings I asked Nico what he would recommend. Nico asked me about allergies and if there was anything I wouldn’t eat. I responded no and he then recommended the California a (chicken, bacon, tomato, lettuce and mayo). My sandwich was great and I will return to try something new Great service, clean and great prices! I asked the gentleman at the counter if they did Tripleta sandwiches as they weren't on the menu. He didnt hesitate to say yes and in 10 minutes chuffed me up the BEST SANDWICH I have ever eaten in my life. The meat was tender and rich, the pepper jack cheese had the perfect kick, the red onions and mayo perfectly went with the sandwich. I had to go back just to let the only guy working he did amazing. Im just your average white guy who was more than impressed by this sandwich. I highly reccomend.“

The veggies were crisp and obviously fresh (the lettuce actually crunched, the tomatoes were ripe, not mealy), and the banana peppers had just the right amount of tang without overpowering everything else.

What really set it apart was the attention to detail: the sandwich was toasted to golden perfection, cheese melted evenly edge to edge, and they layered the condiments so every single bite had the perfect ratio — none of that “all the sauce at one end” problem you get at chain spots.

“This place is excellent! How lucky am I to work so close to this shipping container. The bread is always so fresh and the sandwiches are scooby doo and shaggy sized large. I really wish they would come up with a rewards or point system for employees at the design center who come here almost daily. It’s for sure burning a hole in my pocket and I know that’s 100% my problem but a free sandwich after say maybe 10 purchased sandwiches would make a lot of sense in my opinion.“
