“I'm a taxi driver and I'm in there every day the owner of the company and the work is a great people the story is always clean I could go in and use the bathroom they don't say anything about it they know me by my name they work hard story is 100% clean sanitary the owners are awesome to their workers and they treat them with respect and give them hours to pay the bills.. I understand people have to make money but the owner takes care of her workers even when slow she makes sure her employees are making money that's called a good boss she's respectful iftake care of her business.... And her employees work hard and they are very respectful to all their customers good job“

“I've tried a few different subs here: the breakfast sandwich, steak and cheese, chicken club and chicken teriyaki. The breakfast sandwich is a good value because they use fresh eggs and its' only like $3. So if you are going to get a cofee at dunkin donuts then I would get your breakfast sandwich right next store at charlies. But the steak and cheese is pretty good. My favorite is the chicken teriyaki...the sauce they use is awesome. Charlies also has some good fresh lemonades. The only thing I am not crazy about are the fries. they taste like frozen fries and don't taste like fresh cut. But overall I really like the subs here“

“Tiny place. But they know what they’re doing. Went in one of these freezing days. Thankfully there wasn’t too many people waiting, a lot of DoorDash orders I noticed. Was able to wait/ eat inside at the little counter even with the bulk of my jacket. Probably the most delicious breakfast sandwich I ever had/ will ever have. The bacon was perfect and the sourdough was insane. I was worried about it being too greasy and heavy but it was actually fine. The two guys working were great and friendly. Heard the cashier giving recs to everybody.“

Nice soft roll ,steak NOT chopped to oblivious gravel like other shops. This spot IS the spot for a steak and cheese . I'm gonna go back and try all the ol standards again done right. Kudos. Can't wait to try a simple hit dog. Believe it or not, people screw that up . But according to the reviews I've seen, they're done just right. It's really nice to know that these non pretentecious simply good food places still do exist.“

“Best D'Angelo we have ever been too. Food was hot brought right to our table. Didn't have to ask for anything cause it was all there for us to just sit back and enjoy. Tables were clean and Gail, Shante and Jaime were the nicest employees I've ever met at a D'Angelo. Recommend this one over all the overs and we appreciated them checking up on us after we had our food to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Wish every establishment was like this!! Thanks again for making our day!

When my immigrant parents said “ Study Hard” they meant so I can live in a neighborhood that serves sandwiches like those found at Michael’s Deli. “Banh Mi Huong Que is an authentic Vietnamese restaurant located at 696 Washington Street in Boston. Their main specialty is bánh mì, though they also serve pho and other traditional dishes. I ordered the chicken bánh mì, and it was excellent, the bread was perfectly crispy, and the chicken and vegetables were flavorful. It reminded me of the bánh mì I used to eat in Hanoi. The service was quick, and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend it !!!“

“This is a place near our Boston office. When I’m there I try to find new places to try and this one didn’t let me down.

The panini was killer. I had the grilled chicken and it was great. Everything seemed fresh including the bread which maybe is made there? 5/5

They also have Richardson ice cream and I’m always down for that.

It’s a small place so don’t go to sit and eat. But the staff is friendly. Good selection. 5/5“

“I’ve been to plenty of Subways, but this one in Roslindale is hands down the best. All Subways are not created equal—and this location proves it.

Shoutout to Jay. One New Year’s Eve, I dropped $40 in the store. He found it, held onto it, and waited for me to come back so he could return it. That kind of honesty is rare and says everything about the people who run this place.

The staff is always friendly, respectful, and on point. You can genuinely feel the difference when you walk in. Great service, good energy, and people who actually care.

Interior feels a little old, but in a nostalgic way that reminds you of a home full of love.

We chatted and I placed my order for a Philly cheese steak (kahuna) on rosemary ...sub. It was "Delicious". I was not disappointed.
