“Shantay and the staff were absolutely phenomenal! I always used to order a Large #9 in a pocket and I was told in Weymouth they couldn't do that for me the manager was very rude. She told me they were new pockets and they would fall apart. Then when I went to Brockton and they told me that the new pockets were better pockets and they wouldn't fall apart. I don't know, but all I know is the two other times I had it at the D'Angelo's Store in Dedham they were great as well and Janet the store manager made them for me and they fit fine in the pockets didn't rip. Thankfully they did this for me in Brockton too and it's my favorite lunch sandwich in the world and they were absolutely phenomenal about it! If you want a great dining experience please visit the D'Angelo's in Brockton!“

I ordered from the app and had a little trouble getting to the payment screen and staff member showed me how. Food was prepared quickly and was hot. I noticed another customer didn't want to use the tablet to order and staff member took her order at the register. I read other reviews criticizing everything I found perfect. “So my husband and myself went to jersey Mike around 1:00.. ordered our food . . Got to the register and a young man asked if I was ok.....and I said no....I felt a little dizzy but I didn't want him to worry but my husband explained to him that I'm going through chemo and he said stay strong and positive...
It touched my heart and he also reduced my food which I didn't expect....for his gesture I gave the establishment my entire change if it was full price....

“I kept hesitating on whether I wanted to try Jersey Mike's and today I decided to stop in. I was greeted with a warm welcome. We chatted and I placed my order for a Philly cheese steak (kahuna) on rosemary ...sub. It was "Delicious". I was not disappointed. I was tempted to eat the whole sub but my conscience wouldn't allow me, so i shared half with hubby. I definitely will make this my spot for hot subs!!“

“I’ve eaten a lot of subs in my life, but nothing has come close to what I experienced here. From the second I walked in, the bread smelled like it had just come out of the oven — that perfect golden-brown crust with a soft, pillowy inside that practically melts when you bite into it.

I got the turkey and provolone on Italian herb bread, and the portions were unreal. They didn’t skimp on a single ingredient — the turkey was piled high, thick-cut, and clearly high quality, not the paper-thin stuff you get elsewhere. The veggies were crisp and obviously fresh (the lettuce actually crunched, the tomatoes were ripe, not mealy), and the banana peppers had just the right amount of tang without overpowering everything else.

What really set it apart was the attention to detail: the sandwich was toasted to golden perfection, cheese melted evenly edge to edge, and they layered the condiments so every single bite had the perfect ratio — none of that “all the sauce at one end” problem you get at chain spots.

The staff were incredibly friendly and clearly took pride in their work — they asked thoughtful questions about how I wanted things prepared instead of just rushing through the order. You can tell this isn’t just a job for them; it’s a craft.

“Awesome service. We were there Saturday, 3 sandwiches & a chicken Caesar salad. The lady taking orders was very cheerful and pleasant. The cook was quick and did a good job on our order. The Korean bbq was so good I finished it before leaving the parking lot and then ate some of my partners steak bomb and a little of my daughters salad. I wasn't hungry when we got there but the food smelled so good. Those two ladies work very well together and we enjoyed our short stop there. “Establishment has a deli, for phone-in and take-out orders. KENO is on premises, as are two counters w/seating, for extended play. Establishment is NOT an 'eat-in' restaurant, per se. However, there arw benches outside, as well as one picnic table, if one wishes to stay, sit, and eat one's sandwich(es).“

“I'm a taxi driver and I'm in there every day the owner of the company and the work is a great people the story is always clean I could go in and use the bathroom they don't say anything about it they know me by my name they work hard story is 100% clean sanitary the owners are awesome to their workers and they treat them with respect and give them hours to pay the bills..
