“Went to the Route 27 location in Brockton MA. ; they were extremely busy but they worked their tails off to get the customers their food/orders. I went out of my way to get their names because I was highly impressed by their attitude, skillfullness, and quickness in going above and beyond to satisfy not just me, but all the patrons who either called a order in or walked in.

“So my husband and myself went to jersey Mike around 1:00.. ordered our food . . Got to the register and a young man asked if I was ok.....and I said no....I felt a little dizzy but I didn't want him to worry but my husband explained to him that I'm going through chemo and he said stay strong and positive...
It touched my heart and he also reduced my food which I didn't expect....for his gesture I gave the establishment my entire change if it was full price....

“I ordered the Big Burger and Strawberry Love shake and they were delicious. Staff member behind the counter was very helpful. I ordered from the app and had a little trouble getting to the payment screen and staff member showed me how. Food was prepared quickly and was hot. I noticed another customer didn't want to use the tablet to order and staff member took her order at the register. I read other reviews criticizing everything I found perfect. “I kept hesitating on whether I wanted to try Jersey Mike's and today I decided to stop in. I was greeted with a warm welcome. We chatted and I placed my order for a Philly cheese steak (kahuna) on rosemary ...sub. It was "Delicious". I was not disappointed. I was tempted to eat the whole sub but my conscience wouldn't allow me, so i shared half with hubby. I definitely will make this my spot for hot subs!!“

“It's a very clean location, the family that works there is very nice and will be generous with the toppings if you ask nicely. The toppings were all organized and not a mess. Only issue is they don't accept coupons on the phone unless you did an online order.“

“Establishment has a deli, for phone-in and take-out orders. KENO is on premises, as are two counters w/seating, for extended play. Establishment is NOT an 'eat-in' restaurant, per se. However, there arw benches outside, as well as one picnic table, if one wishes to stay, sit, and eat one's sandwich(es).“

“Awesome service. We were there Saturday, 3 sandwiches & a chicken Caesar salad. The lady taking orders was very cheerful and pleasant. The cook was quick and did a good job on our order. The Korean bbq was so good I finished it before leaving the parking lot and then ate some of my partners steak bomb and a little of my daughters salad. I wasn't hungry when we got there but the food smelled so good. Those two ladies work very well together and we enjoyed our short stop there. I would reccommend this location to all my friends if service is like that all the time. For a quick solution to lunch/dinner this was a very good choice for my picky family.“
