“Tiny place. But they know what they’re doing. Went in one of these freezing days. Thankfully there wasn’t too many people waiting, a lot of DoorDash orders I noticed. Was able to wait/ eat inside at the little counter even with the bulk of my jacket. Probably the most delicious breakfast sandwich I ever had/ will ever have. The bacon was perfect and the sourdough was insane. I was worried about it being too greasy and heavy but it was actually fine. The two guys working were great and friendly. Nice soft roll ,steak NOT chopped to oblivious gravel like other shops. This spot IS the spot for a steak and cheese . I'm gonna go back and try all the ol standards again done right. Kudos. Can't wait to try a simple hit dog. Believe it or not, people screw that up . But according to the reviews I've seen, they're done just right. It's really nice to know that these non pretentecious simply good food places still do exist.“

“Went to the Route 27 location in Brockton MA. ; they were extremely busy but they worked their tails off to get the customers their food/orders. I went out of my way to get their names because I was highly impressed by their attitude, skillfullness, and quickness in going above and beyond to satisfy not just me, but all the patrons who either called a order in or walked in.

“I stopped by Al’s State Street Cafe while walking around Boston’s Financial District, and it turned out to be a great spot for a quick lunch. The place is small and simple, but it’s always busy with locals grabbing sandwiches to go.

I ordered one of their subs, and the first thing I noticed was the bread — fresh, soft inside with a nice crust outside. The sandwich was huge and packed with fillings, so it felt like really good value for the price. Al’s is especially known for classics like chicken salad, steak and cheese, and Italian subs.

The service is fast and efficient, which makes sense because many people come here during their lunch break. It’s not a fancy restaurant, but the food is fresh, satisfying, and perfect if you want a solid sandwich in downtown Boston.

Overall, Al’s State Street Cafe is one of those simple local spots that does one thing really well: big, delicious subs at a reasonable price.“

“Banh Mi Huong Que is an authentic Vietnamese restaurant located at 696 Washington Street in Boston. Their main specialty is bánh mì, though they also serve pho and other traditional dishes. I ordered the chicken bánh mì, and it was excellent, the bread was perfectly crispy, and the chicken and vegetables were flavorful. It reminded me of the bánh mì I used to eat in Hanoi. The service was quick, and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend it !!!“

“Im not sure if this is the same ADK shop in roxbury by Mt Pleasant St, but if it is i went there today on a whim. I was hungry after an 11 hour work day. Doing laundry next door and decided to stop by.
I asked the gentleman at the counter if they did Tripleta sandwiches as they weren't on the menu. He didnt hesitate to say yes and in 10 minutes chuffed me up the BEST SANDWICH I have ever eaten in my life. The meat was tender and rich, the pepper jack cheese had the perfect kick, the red onions and mayo perfectly went with the sandwich. I had to go back just to let the only guy working he did amazing. Im just your average white guy who was more than impressed by this sandwich. I highly reccomend.“

And my job was located near here . “O M gosh, this is literally the best restaurant of all freaking time! I got two footlongs and gobbled them down. This was the best experience of my life, I think it restored my faith in God! “I cannot stress enough how much I love this Jersey Mike's location. My husband and I took our young daughters into the restaurant right before closing on March 29th and we had such a pleasant experience. I'm guessing she's the manager, however, I'm unsure. There was a WONDERFUL woman who helped us and she couldn't be amy more accommodating and friendly. She even gave my daughters a bunch of stickers and of course that made their night.

Also, I have to commend the restaurant for giving back. A man in dire need came into the restaurant and he definitely was hungry and didn't have enough money for a meal and this gracious woman helped him out and paid for his dinner. There aren't many people like this woman working there in this world and I give her the utmost respect for taking care of this man so humbly. The world needs more of her in good world! “So my husband and myself went to jersey Mike around 1:00.. ordered our food . . Got to the register and a young man asked if I was ok.....and I said no....I felt a little dizzy but I didn't want him to worry but my husband explained to him that I'm going through chemo and he said stay strong and positive...
It touched my heart and he also reduced my food which I didn't expect....for his gesture I gave the establishment my entire change if it was full price....
