This restaurant has amazing service and great food !!
Food is good as usual, but the Gen Z African American girl has very poor customer service. No customers inside or phone calls. I walk to the counter and see her blankly staring at the computer screen not doing anything. Awkward silence for a good 5-7seconds before she feels the need to look up and acknowledge a customer standing in front her face. So I go “good morning, I’m picking up a phone call order for a steak 9.” Still silence so I repeat myself a few seconds...read full review
