KFC in Boston

“This is a really great KFC considering the location, i can imagine employees deal with not so pleasant people at least every week (witnessed this once) yet they continue to make customers experience great. Food is always great and they get it to you quick and fresh. Give them all a raise please.“

“The first person I encountered took a couple of minutes to notice me, even after I said hello twice, and once she did notice me, she used the headset to call someone else over. That person was nicer. I placed my order and went to a fairly grosse bathroom. My food was ready when I came out, so I grabbed it and left. I ate in my car, the food was good. I won't refuse to go there, but I won't go out of my way either.“

“Great place and nice staff. Sometimes understaffed which means it takes longer to get your food. I ended up waiting for 40 minutes for the workers to finish 1 persons order in front of me and I haven't even placed my orders. On top of that they got my order wrong.“

“KFC has always been pretty good in my mind. Like many places I feel the quality of the food has gone down. Not just in this location and all locations and all restaurants. There's always one thing that I do not like from KFC, which is when there's a dried layer on top of the mac and cheese and they serve it like it's good mixing it right in. Lately I find us going there because I asked my daughter to spell McDonald's and we can go. But she can't spell McDonald's but she can spell KFC. So that's where we go.“
