I found what I think is a piece of a wrapper or some sort of cloth in my food, at the bottom of my food. I’m not saying it was purposely put there but I do think that they can do better and be more present. Have better attitudes, take your jobs more seriously, It’s showing in your work and hospitality that you don’t want to be there. Some customers have noticed small chicken legs and issues with cleanliness due to homeless people occupying tables, with staff sometimes giving free food to them. Despite these problems, the restaurant can be a good choice for quick, cooked-to-order meals if nearby, especially for a hot and juicy chicken sandwich or a bucket of chicken. However, the bread on the sandwiches could use an upgrade. It is generally not worth a special trip but serves well for a fast meal.
