“This was a superb chicken sandwich. I got mine hot, which was very good spice level, heat, but not crazy. The Cajun fries, fried pickles, and kale slaw were all very good sides. If you like cole slaw, do try the kale slaw. The portions of everything were robust. My only complaint would be how full I was after eating all that delicious food.“

“Well, My hisand I go to Maxine’s every Friday for seafood some type of seafood catfish or haddock he loves greens and I love the string beans with a little macaroni and cheese and Black Eyed Peas and rice. I’m telling you we always have a good time on Fridays. The food quality is amazing atmosphere is always amazing and you could tell they put their heart into what they do, grateful for some down-home food“

“I have been eating here for 30+ years since I was a kid. I love this place it's nostalgic. The food is great and reasonably priced. Due to inflation, prices are raised everywhere, including here. But I will always appreciate that their portion size didn't shrink over the last 30+ years. “I got them on Uber eats but I feel compelled to write this because this my second order and their flavors and food is on point. I live a pretty hectic life and the last thing I need is takeout that’s lackluster. If you want comfort food where you are still eating good for good price, Maaz is it! Their spicy chicken sandwich hits the spot and their lamb and chicken rice plates too!! You gotta try them once and you’ll be hooked!!! I’ll be coming back to try more foods! “We get takeout from here every Friday. Their food is EXCELLENT! I love the crab Rangoon, boneless spareribs, chicken fingers, authentic eggrolls, scallion pancake, Peking ravioli... I might have to name every appetizer! Their rice and Lo mein are very good too. I would say classic old-school Chinese food for a reasonable price. Def give them a try!“
