Ordered from door dash,my food was stolen,they never checked credentials of driver. After an hour I got another driver and he was not told until after waiting a half hour. When I finally got through to crush pizza in east Boston they were not concerned and told me I’d have to order pizza again
Call to order pizza for a birthday party. Wanted to order about 4 to 5 pizzas for delivery for the next day called for hours kept getting an AI machine. No one would answer. Had to go in there to order the pizza. Later on that day needed to change the time of the delivery no one would answer AI again. Had to get out of bed drive down there and cancel it because I didn’t want it anymore,then laughed at by the girl behind the counter with no apologies will never order there again.
First order. It was a delivery. Order came messed up and incomplete. When calling the phone number there is no live agent to speak to. Instead it’s a nonstop loop of “let me send you a link to order online”
We tried that and they failed.
And what’s worse their “contact us” link on their website doesn’t work.
So if you order from there I guess you need to be happy with whatever the heck they decide to send you since there’s no way to let them...read full review

Crush Pizza offers sandwiches that are so good, especially the grilled steak sandwich. The chicken tenders are great and they are even better when tossed in buffalo sauce. The items also are a caprese sandwich, chicken caesar salad sub, truffle fries, pesto vodka pepperoni slice, crispy chicken Caesar sub, pork face pizza, Sicilian pepperoni pizza, bourbon bbq wings, chicken parm sandwich, and wings. The bread is cooked perfectly, not soggy, not hard, not burnt, and the ingredients are fresh and tasted great. The fries are just right, not soggy, not too crispy. The crust is out of this world, the pizza crust is out of this world good. The service is quick, friendly, and the team was a welcoming demeanor. Customer service is great, the hospitality is above and beyond, and the staff went above and beyond to make things right. The cleanliness of the store is good and the location is easy to drive by at a major intersection in east Boston. The food is fire, highly recommended, 10 out of 10.
