He has the best customer service I’ve ever seen in my entire life and my food came out hot and ready and it was the best fried chicken I’ve had in a damn while. “One of the best sub sandwiches you will ever have.
Service is fast. Food is great quality. You get a great value here. The subs are about 50% larger than most other places nearby and it is about a dollar cheaper. There is not much room to eat and the stools are very wobbly. That does not matter much since almost all the customers are grab and go.

I highly recommend this place.“

“Food: I thought this location was not as good as the Allston one. The chicken wasn't as crispy and pieces were smaller, not sure why. Went multiple times too.

Service: was fine for a casual place.

Atmosphere: order at the front and find a seat in the restaurant. It's fine/standard.

Overall: was a bit disappointed with this location. Even though (I believe) the Allston one is the flagship location, I thought the food quality would have been closer.“

“The food was good, chicken was cooked perfectly and the fries pickles were 5/5. The Mac and cheese brings down the score. Its not worth 6$ service was kinda frantic and relied on a self checkout which I'm never a huge fan of. Atmosphere is nice for a hole in the wall. Would recommend, food is overall good and is worth the price (except the Mac and cheese)“

“Highly recommended place, I ate the chicken sandwich and it was very good.

What I would criticize to improve would be that the potatoes come with less salt, some tables were dirty and the sandwich was overfling with sauce.

The things I loved were the speed of attention and receipt of the food in a few moments.

I love that the drink is unlimited refill.“

“We've been a big fan of the amazing food here for a long time. Crispy chicken, excellent flavor options. But the true wow factor is the service. We ordered through Grubhub, and somewhere in the ordering process Grubhub changed our order location to Cambridge. While Grubhub offered absolutely no help in the issue, both the Cambridge and Boylston St locations worked together to transfer the order to the correct location. This ensured we were not double charged and that we still got our food at the time we needed it. We are so grateful, and excited to eat our delicious BBQ chicken!“

“This place is excellent! How lucky am I to work so close to this shipping container. The bread is always so fresh and the sandwiches are scooby doo and shaggy sized large. I really wish they would come up with a rewards or point system for employees at the design center who come here almost daily. It’s for sure burning a hole in my pocket and I know that’s 100% my problem but a free sandwich after say maybe 10 purchased sandwiches would make a lot of sense in my opinion.“

“bb.q Chicken is a national chain specializing in Korean Fried Chicken and other Korean dishes.

The staff here work quick, and are friendly and able to bring out dishes in a timely manner. I typically order after late night work shifts, and the quality of the food has been consistently good.

I typically get boneless wings here, and have tried many of the flavors. the original is crispy, though most of the pieces we've gotten were on the spicier side, which may be a deterrent. I've also tried the cheeseling, which is a favorite. It is a dusting of assorted cheeses, making it have a cheesy flavor but not too overwhelming. Portion size is good for the price.

Overall, a good place to try out Korean Fried Chicken, plus it is open late, which is good for midnight snacks.“
