“As for my overall impression — I'm still on the fence about whether they truly work. What I can say is that the experience is pleasant: they taste great, they're soft and chewy, don't stick to your teeth, and leave no weird aftertaste. That said, my energy levels day-to-day still feel inconsistent. Some days I feel great, other days my energy crashes. The Egg Foo Young came with a deep, dark brown gravy that was rich and full of flavor. There was plenty of it, too, which I appreciated — I never felt like I was scraping the bottom. It's honestly some of the best Egg Foo Young I've had in a long time.
Now, the rice deserves a special mention. There's something noticeably different about it — in the best possible way. It was plump, moist, and well-seasoned without being salty or greasy. It had a quality and heartiness to it that you don't usually find at your average Chinese restaurant; none of that thin, quick-to-dry-out variety here. I could have eaten a bowl on its own.
This was my first time ordering, so maybe I just got lucky with a great dish — but something tells me this place is the real deal. Either way, I'll definitely be back, and I'd highly recommend giving them a try.“

Not sitting under a heat lamp.
Of course there was a small wait but it was Hot and Fresh!
I ate inside and the atmosphere was so peaceful.
There weren’t any annoying fry-o-laters beeping with unanswered alarms like other places and no music was playing.

Quiet and nice place and the manager was very nice and cordial.
The dining area was closed for renovations for a long time but now it’s reopened and it’s classy.

Inside its a standard mid-sized local sports bar that I get the sense has a loyal local following. To my surprise food was above average and staff was very very friendly. “The woman who took my order over the phone knew exactly who I was when I walked in. She was so nice! My beef chow fun was ready in 5 minutes and is so fresh. I had to try it as soon as I got to the car because the smell was intoxicating. The portion size is out of this world and has all the things a dry beef chow fun should—sliced white onions, green scallions, bean sprouts and of course, wok heiiiii. 😍 Will be back to try more of their offerings, especially the roasted duck that you can see hanging; the beautiful aroma filled the shop. Ngl this is the best Ddeok-bokki I’ve ever had. It tastes like how I would cook it at home, creamy, rich, flavorful and cheesy. The portion was big which surprised me and half of it filled me. The rice cakes were big and chewy. It also had boiled egg, cabbage, and fish cakes. I normally don’t like the fish cakes in Ddeok-bokki but this was good!

“I have to say, PuPu has come a long way. For a few years the quality went way down. I would just go to Tahiti even though it was farther away. I would say now how the turntables turn. I think Tahiti is gross now, and PuPu has went above and beyond. Check out my pfp. The food has full rich Chinese flavors, and the portions are huge! After the 3 of us finished, we had enough food leftover for 2 more full meals for us. And we all know leftover Chinese food is the best. Keep it up, Buddy!!“
