“I’m here a few times a week, it’s sort of off my commute to work lately, with the Green Line out of service, but I come here because the manager Bebe, and her employees Martha and Sergio, Lo and Others always make me feel welcomed, I had one issue with my food, and it was fixed immediately. The food is always hot, and the service is very good, very friendly here. Very accessible Via the Green Line Pahk Street station and Orange Line Downtown Crossing Station.“

“I live next door, and they busy all the time but all the cars in the lot and the drive thru are always gone quick, they are super fast and efficient. They go over everything and make sure your good BEFORE you take off. Definitely worth coming take my word you won't be disappointed.
Kid-friendliness: Very friendly, plenty of high chairs and booster seats. Clean, and the people who come in even the teens after school an during the summer are always respectful especially with the little ones. But never any worries I am a dad of 4 kids been here alot with them very convenient and safe.
Parking: Plenty of parking with additional spots across the street.

“I’m not usually the type to leave reviews, but I passed by Burger King last night around 1:26 AM and just wanted to say that whoever the young guy working the drive-thru was deserves some recognition. He looked tired, but despite that, he was still friendly, respectful, and professional. He got my food out quickly, and it was fresh and hot. Honestly, some of the best service I’ve gotten in a while. Huge shoutout to him“
“Shout out to the lady that worked the drive through tonight. They had no pink lemonade and haven’t for a long time. But this lady made her own version of it using what they had and it was a very good dupe. I’d been craving hi-c pink lemonade and while they didn’t have it, I appreciate her going the extra mile. Food was decent per usual but not the best I’ve ever had from a Burger King thus 4 instead of 5“
“the drive through line was insane & as i was waiting for my food door dashers were just walking up to the window thinking they could do pick ups. it was messy. however jayden the man working the drive through was AMAZING. clearly a very stressful situation but this man handled it with grace and calmness. BK needs to figure out a better system especially for their workers!“
“I ordered the car and the order was not for me, but the atmosphere was nice and given the number of groceries I had for this place I assume the kitchen is good. Another important point is that they have a huge parking lot so every time I go down there there are always super interesting places to park.“
“The food usually comes out pretty good but I don’t understand their drive through management tactics. Someone in the back is probably coming up with all these “ideas”. Just pay at the first window and get your food at the second and stop trying to reinvent the wheel.“
“Great experience at Burger King Store #140 in Allston, MA! I went through the drive-thru while visiting the area. The service was fast, the food was good, and the communication was excellent. I don’t live nearby, but I’d definitely stop here again!“
“So. This time I've got business to take care of near Maverick MBTA station. Needed something quick for breakfast. Haven't been to Burger King in a while. So I was pleasantly surprised.
The food is standard Burger King fare, y'know biscuits, Croissan'wich, etc. The team member, Ignacia, at the counter displayed excellent customer service skills, took care with my order, ensured my order accuracy, and made me feel valued, all with a beautiful smile. The restaurant and restroom facilities were clean and accessible. I'm going to remember this location and return soon.
