CAVA offers great food and excellent customer service, making it a reliable option for a quick meal. The friendly employees, including Jeffrey, provide diligent assistance. The food is always fresh, and the inside is very clean. The menu features spicy options, making CAVA a good alternative to other fast-casual restaurants. Customers often find the staff to be hardworking and attentive, and many recommend trying CAVA in Hanover or Fenway. While it may be a bit pricey, the fresh and unique flavors are worth it. Visitors are advised to check their bag before leaving to ensure everything is included, as mistakes can happen. Overall, CAVA is known for delicious food and friendly service, with a welcoming atmosphere.
