Place is nice and clean and the quality is good. But Holy Mother of God do they take their own sweet time making your order. There was nobody there, no line, no rush of online orders and it still took them 10 minutes to make my drink. I watched them amble from task to task with zero sense of urgency, like they had all day and nothing to do.
I've heard about the quality of their bagels, and was skeptical. It's a bit out of my way, so had not visited until yesterday at about 8am.At first I was not sure they were open - only two other customers were there. With three people behind the counter, there were no problems with service.On this day, there was no orange juice available, which was disappointing.
