“On one of the first days at my company, a colleague took me to the old New York Deli on Temple Street and introduced me to Kadhim. I couldn't understand why he would take the time - it's not like this guy is going to remember me out of all of the people who come through there. My mistake - every time I would see him over the years, at whatever location, Kadhim would come from behind the counter and greet me by name like an old friend. Understand - he was told my name once, over 20 years ago. I don't even go out to lunch very often - sometimes it would be years between visits to one of the Falafel King locations. But every time I enter, it's a big smile and greeting and an expression of appreciation that cannot be faked...go check them out!“

“I had an amazing experience with Moroccan food. The flavors are rich, warm, and full of spices that blend perfectly together. Every dish feels like it’s made with care and tradition. The tagine was tender and full of flavor, and the couscous was light and delicious. I also loved the fresh bread and mint tea — it made the whole experience even better. Moroccan food is not just a meal, it’s a cultural experience. I highly recommend everyone to try it at least once!“

“Hands down, the BEST smash beef burger everrrrr!!! I don’t think I’ll ever find a spot better than Burg & Shaw in the whole world. I tried their double beef burger. The beef was so so good, perfectly grilled, charred to perfection. The brioche buns with buttery taste, the right amount of burger sauce. Believe me if you are a real beef lover you won’t be needing any extra sauces! I’ll remember Boston for this eatery for sure. Also, brother Ahmed the owner and the whole staff is very welcoming & courteous. This is heavenly food, the best Halal beef burger in the WORLD! Kuddos to you guys.“

“I love their chicken shawarma, homemade bread, and yes, how did I forget to mention their garlic bread! Best garlic bread I have ever tried… they make everything fresh! You won’t see anything that is reheated. They have their own authentic version of the taste… which will make you glued to come here every time.“

“The service was very sweet and excited about their food. We got Turkish coffee, the mixed kebab platter, humus, pizza, and baklava. Everything was exceptional!! The baklava was oozing with honey, highly recommend. All the meat was tender and well seasoned. Even the bread served with the hummus is to die for. The Turkish coffee is a great choice aswell, not too bitter and full of flavor. And as far as the pizza goes, they do thin crust amazingly well.“

Toppings are customizable, and I like the Fried Cauliflower.
Online ordering is convenient. I can take my time to familiarize myself with the toppings before placing an order.“

“I shared the mixed grill with one other person and it was very delicious and priced very well. The salad was my favorite. We finished with a piece of cake and karak (black tea with spices and condensed milk) and that was amazing. I have never had it before and I was very pleasantly surprised.“

“One of my all-time favorite restaurants, not only in Massachusetts, but anywhere in the world. I sadly had to move out of MA this year, and the last week I was in town, I think I went to this place three days out of seven. Love love LOVE their spicy chicken shawarma (I always asked them to put rice and tabouleh in mine, with plenty of their famous spicy garlic sauce) and spicy potatoes. And the service is always friendly and welcoming.

Already miss this place so much...if you are lucky enough to be in the area, definitely give this place a try. Literally writing this review because I'm craving their spicy chicken shawarma wrap so badly right now LOL“
