Amazing food and atmosphere!
The restaurant offers amazing, authentic Italian food made from scratch, with high-quality ingredients. The ambiance is welcoming, and the service is exceptional. Highly recommended; I visited three days in a row during my trip and was never disappointed.
On a day out in Boston with my mom, my daughter, and a couple of her friends, we were craving North End food for lunch. We started walking down Hanover St and ended up at Trattoria Il Panino. So happy that we did. Staff was absolutely lovely and welcoming. We were in a bit of a time crunch, so we put our orders in quickly. The service is often described as phenomenal and terrific, with attentive servers who were amazing and added to the wonderful experience, present but not hovering, with delightful personalities. Server Piero is charming and informative. The food is consistent and excellent, with great options like the Pasta Carbonara. The atmosphere is entertaining and fun, especially when sitting outside, and casual after a long day. Trattoria Il Panino is considered a worthwhile spot in the North End, with a great authentic Italian experience.
