“On this busy Monday morning, I accidentally set my mobile order to One Financial Center instead of One International Place (happens to us all, right?). The crew quickly realized my order wasn't in their queue, explained I ordered to One Financial by mistake, and in less than 5 mins got me my order so I wouldn't have to walk all the way to Financial and back. “Great Starbucks with a view of the Edgar Allen Poe statue. Has a surprising amount of seating for a downtown coffee shop; is also nicely located at the corner of the common and garden. Daniel was very helpful in serving me my drink: service was quick and friendly.
Note that if you get a drink in a cup “for here”, you may be able to get a free refill of coffee in it (even if the original was something else!)“

The baristas are some of the friendliest and most attentive employees you can ask for. They are incredibly welcoming, worked quickly to get my order, and made sure everything was done to my liking.

Super convenient for grabbing fuel before a meeting on a long-running case. Reliable corporate Starbucks—clean, consistent, no drama. It's a busy downtown spot catering to office workers and commuters. Opens early (around 5-6 AM weekdays), which is clutch for pre-court prep. Free WiFi is strong and dependable—great for checking emails or case notes while sipping.“

“I recently visited this little starbucks shop and let me tell you, it was wonderful. There is a young lady name Jada or Jayda who took care of us with kindness and an inviting smile you seldomly see in the coffee industry. She made and her coworker made the yummiest dragonfruit lemonade drink and I tried for the first time, a chai latte with lavender foam. She prepared it perfectly without really knowing I prefer a sweeter chai and recommended the foam though I am new to foam on drinks. She’s a delight. The girl deserves a promotion! I now will be ordering more chai lattes and with foam! This little starbucks is worth the visit.“

“The customer service at this location truly brightened my morning. Shoutout to Marquis, the wonderful barista who elevated my experience by cultivating a bubbly and welcoming vibe! His attitude was remarkably upbeat, and he maximized the ordering efficiency without creating a sense of urgency or stress.

As another note- I went into this establishment to kill a few hours between transit connections, and thoroughly appreciated the upstairs lounge space that they provided. The atmosphere was lovely, fairly clean, and surprisingly calm for a morning in Downtown Boston. Perfect way to ease into the day after a long redeye flight.“

Even when it was super busy during Boston Pride, it didn't take very long at all. It's a Starbucks, people need to take a breath before getting an attitude with the minimum wage employees.“

“I really enjoyed this location. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient and the store was extremely clean. Parking for the location wasn’t great, but we had someone stay in the car so we didn’t need to pay for parking or anything. The drinks we ordered were made to perfection and tasted excellent!!“

“Aside from some wait times, this place is by far one of the best Starbucks I have ever been to. I am not a Starbucks girl, but because I am traveling this is the most convenient thing to work. These ladies are ALWAYS on it. They all know my order and have it ready before I even get to the counter.

“Robbie, the manager here, is a star. The baristas a professional, friendly and engaged. I couldn't believe how busy it was in the morning, and yet they all provided excellent, warm service. My order appeared promptly as specified.

While in line waiting, I noticed one customer said the order wasn't correct. Robbie swiftly addressed the customer directly and made it right. I couldn't believe how nice everyone was. “All the females are all so sweet and doing a phenomenal job but one Spanish boy making coffees likes to talk about other costumers with another costumer in Spanish possibly his girlfriend the way she hovers over the counter why he making other people order and think people can’t understand what they are saying . When we can actually understand what is being said . The males needs to get more training about making drinks and taken orders . If I’m ordering caramel Rim and drizzle that means I want the caramel all swirled on the cup not just my top of cold foam. Other wise I’d love to give a 5 star.“

“Came here on a Saturday mid morning for some pastries and beverages with two adults and two children. The line was long but moved fast. The cashier was very efficient and kind to answer our questions. We loved the layout and there were two clean bathrooms in the back. Would come again!“

“This is an airport location so they don't have their own seating. But it's located in the Boston Public Market area by Gate 28 so there is seating and standing tables shared with the other businesses. I just had a croissant which was good and hard to mess up. My beverage was the usual Starbucks good and they're fast, especially given that there are usually a ton of people in line. I ordered ahead (Starbucks BOS Terminal C Gate 28") and was also able to use the new function to use my own cup. Win win.“

“Walked here from a local hotel. Quick & easy! This is a gas station Starbucks but it’s an actual Starbucks like in a grocery store, Merch and all. Customer service was fast and friendly. Breakfast sandwich was perfect, not overcooked like some do. Zero complaints! Will probably walk back next time I’m staying near the airport.“

“This is the Starbucks at Terminal A Gates 13-22.The baristas are very sweet but the lines are long thanks to constant demand. So if you're thinking of grabbing a drink before your flight, time it and prepare for 15-20 min. Otherwise everything was prepared right and well.“
