“On this busy Monday morning, I accidentally set my mobile order to One Financial Center instead of One International Place (happens to us all, right?). The crew quickly realized my order wasn't in their queue, explained I ordered to One Financial by mistake, and in less than 5 mins got me my order so I wouldn't have to walk all the way to Financial and back. Thank you, Jay and Team, for amazing service and delicious coffee!“

“Great Starbucks with a view of the Edgar Allen Poe statue. Has a surprising amount of seating for a downtown coffee shop; is also nicely located at the corner of the common and garden. Daniel was very helpful in serving me my drink: service was quick and friendly.
Note that if you get a drink in a cup “for here”, you may be able to get a free refill of coffee in it (even if the original was something else!)“

“After the busy July 4th celebrations in Boston, we stopped by this Starbucks the next morning while the city was still recovering from the holiday crowds. This location, right next to Boston Common, was also catching its breath after what must have been a very busy weekend, but the service was still quick and friendly.

“The staff taking orders/cashier this morning was super service-oriented. I ordered my coffee and breakfast and was ready in 2 minutes. I bought a small Starbucks Boston mug and dropped/broke it before payment. The staff (he) kindly took the broken one in and asked me to get a new one. I only paid for one. “It was officially time for an iced caffeinated beverage. My daughter and I have been walking around this humid heat and needed a pick me up. Conveniently, this Starbucks was in Faneuil Marketplace. We made our way in for something cold.

It was chaotic in the shop today. People were out and about! We all had the same game plan and that was to get a cold drinky from Starbys. The barista handling the register was a champ. She got a handful of people taken care of. Then we got our order in and chilled.

I got my usual, a venti iced coffee with sugar free vanilla and cream. I did ask the gal at the register if they could add my half and half for me. I have to be super careful with my new kidney. No hesitation, baby girl told the sweet gal making my drink and it was handled.

This location is dope. There's a secondary floor to sit and vibe out at. Big windows to check out the outside scene. As usual, my drink was perfect. It was just what I needed to conquer the shops at this marketplace. I don't know if I'll ever be back to this location but I appreciate the baristas handling my drink with care.“

It's a busy downtown spot catering to office workers and commuters. Opens early (around 5-6 AM weekdays), which is clutch for pre-court prep. Free WiFi is strong and dependable—great for checking emails or case notes while sipping.“

“We were in need of (2) travelers for a work event this morning and Nubia and Pita worked to get it ready for us in a timely fashion and with a positive attitude, despite us needing to have ordered it the day before. They politely informed us of the protocol but still worked hard to get it ready for us while tending to the other customers. Thank you thank you to Nubia and Pita for saving the day this morning!“

“I really enjoyed this location. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient and the store was extremely clean. Parking for the location wasn’t great, but we had someone stay in the car so we didn’t need to pay for parking or anything. The drinks we ordered were made to perfection and tasted excellent!!“

“Great Starbucks in a tricky location. Conveniently located near a charging station which I appreciated but the drive thru is a sharp turn followed by a steep incline. Not a huge deal but definitely a bit difficult to navigate if you aren’t use to the area. Customer service was quick & friendly!“

“I arrived around 8:30 a.m. on a Sunday, so it wasn’t too crowded. It was quite peaceful. I got a caramel macchiato and a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. I also wanted to mention that I think Joey was his name—he was pretty chill. Overall, it was a good experience. There’s only a limited dine-in option.“

“I recently visited this little starbucks shop and let me tell you, it was wonderful. There is a young lady name Jada or Jayda who took care of us with kindness and an inviting smile you seldomly see in the coffee industry. She made and her coworker made the yummiest dragonfruit lemonade drink and I tried for the first time, a chai latte with lavender foam. She prepared it perfectly without really knowing I prefer a sweeter chai and recommended the foam though I am new to foam on drinks. She’s a delight. The girl deserves a promotion! “Robbie, the manager here, is a star. The baristas a professional, friendly and engaged. I couldn't believe how busy it was in the morning, and yet they all provided excellent, warm service. My order appeared promptly as specified.

While in line waiting, I noticed one customer said the order wasn't correct. Robbie swiftly addressed the customer directly and made it right. I couldn't believe how nice everyone was. I ordered a mocha, and it tasted very good. The flavor was rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced without being too sweet. The drink was prepared well and served quickly, which made the visit even more enjoyable. It was exactly what I was hoping for while taking a break during our time in Boston.

The café itself felt clean and relaxing, making it a nice place to sit down for a few minutes and enjoy a coffee. Despite the weekend crowd, the service remained organized and professional.

“All the females are all so sweet and doing a phenomenal job but one Spanish boy making coffees likes to talk about other costumers with another costumer in Spanish possibly his girlfriend the way she hovers over the counter why he making other people order and think people can’t understand what they are saying . When we can actually understand what is being said . The males needs to get more training about making drinks and taken orders . If I’m ordering caramel Rim and drizzle that means I want the caramel all swirled on the cup not just my top of cold foam. Other wise I’d love to give a 5 star.“

“This is an airport location so they don't have their own seating. But it's located in the Boston Public Market area by Gate 28 so there is seating and standing tables shared with the other businesses. I just had a croissant which was good and hard to mess up. My beverage was the usual Starbucks good and they're fast, especially given that there are usually a ton of people in line. I ordered ahead (Starbucks BOS Terminal C Gate 28") and was also able to use the new function to use my own cup. Win win.“

“This is the Starbucks at Terminal A Gates 13-22.The baristas are very sweet but the lines are long thanks to constant demand. So if you're thinking of grabbing a drink before your flight, time it and prepare for 15-20 min. Otherwise everything was prepared right and well.“
