“I recently visited this little starbucks shop and let me tell you, it was wonderful. There is a young lady name Jada or Jayda who took care of us with kindness and an inviting smile you seldomly see in the coffee industry. She made and her coworker made the yummiest dragonfruit lemonade drink and I tried for the first time, a chai latte with lavender foam. She prepared it perfectly without really knowing I prefer a sweeter chai and recommended the foam though I am new to foam on drinks. She’s a delight. The girl deserves a promotion! I now will be ordering more chai lattes and with foam! This little starbucks is worth the visit.“

“Great Starbucks with a view of the Edgar Allen Poe statue. Has a surprising amount of seating for a downtown coffee shop; is also nicely located at the corner of the common and garden. Daniel was very helpful in serving me my drink: service was quick and friendly.
Note that if you get a drink in a cup “for here”, you may be able to get a free refill of coffee in it (even if the original was something else!)“

“Okay, this Starbucks was certainly a cut above the rest. I don’t know if Starbucks in recent times has been trying to reset their bar for quality, but I certainly have noticed quite an uptick in it. The staff here were super friendly. The drive thru was closed when I went but it was very quick inside! Thankful for this stop on the route to salem when there isn’t a local cafe option available!“

Parking for the location wasn’t great, but we had someone stay in the car so we didn’t need to pay for parking or anything. The drinks we ordered were made to perfection and tasted excellent!!“

“With some many Starbucks locations very close to Arlington st. Park plaza hotel location this location has more of a Starbucks feel than other Starbucks stores in the Copley and beacon Hill section of the city i formally went to another location when coming into the city around the corner from this location and finally decided to drop going to other location due to horrible service it currently has and once was a very good location that being said I'm glad i choose Arlington St park location that has better service with a friendly feel and fast service and knowing today in a culture we live in there's music playing in many coffee houses supermarkets big box stores and so on and that's fine just as long as the music isn't so loud volume wise and the kind music isn't loud music it makes it more relaxing and pleasant this way when going to any business when have a question or having conversation with someone in a restaurant you can actually talk and not have to yell or talk very loud thank you again so much for keeping the environment more relaxing in this location“

“Robbie, the manager here, is a star. The baristas a professional, friendly and engaged. I couldn't believe how busy it was in the morning, and yet they all provided excellent, warm service. My order appeared promptly as specified.

While in line waiting, I noticed one customer said the order wasn't correct. Robbie swiftly addressed the customer directly and made it right. I couldn't believe how nice everyone was. After walking the entire Freedom Trail, I was completely exhausted and desperately needed a break. I landed at this Starbucks, and it was exactly what I needed. The coffee was good as always—consistent, comforting, and just the right pick-me-up to recharge after hours of sightseeing.

What I loved most about this location is that there's a supermarket downstairs, so with enjoying my coffee, I could conveniently grab a few things I needed. It's a great spot to sit, relax, and regroup before continuing your day in Boston.

It's a busy downtown spot catering to office workers and commuters. Opens early (around 5-6 AM weekdays), which is clutch for pre-court prep. Free WiFi is strong and dependable—great for checking emails or case notes while sipping.“

“Aside from some wait times, this place is by far one of the best Starbucks I have ever been to. I am not a Starbucks girl, but because I am traveling this is the most convenient thing to work. These ladies are ALWAYS on it. They all know my order and have it ready before I even get to the counter.

“This is an airport location so they don't have their own seating. But it's located in the Boston Public Market area by Gate 28 so there is seating and standing tables shared with the other businesses. I just had a croissant which was good and hard to mess up. My beverage was the usual Starbucks good and they're fast, especially given that there are usually a ton of people in line. I ordered ahead (Starbucks BOS Terminal C Gate 28") and was also able to use the new function to use my own cup. Win win.“
