“Oren is an absolute ANGEL! I am an out of towner who visited the area recently. I realized that I may have left my wallet in the public restroom in the building next door only after arriving at my hotel an hour from Boston. After trying and failing to locate the number to that specific office building, I figured I would try to call Starbucks to see if they could provide me the number. Unfortunately Oren did not know the number but after describing my situation to her, she offered to walk over and see if a wallet had been turned in. THANKFULLY it was located and Oren was able to confirm that my wallet would be with security in the neighboring building when I arrived. I CANNOT express how grateful I am to OREN who went above and beyond her duties to help me!!!“

My mobile order was having some issues and didn’t print out the ticket correctly, but she took the time to fix it without any frustration and made sure I was happy before I left. Her professionalism and warm attitude really stood out. Thank you, Claire, for turning a small mistake into a great experience. She definitely deserves a raise!

“I recently visited this little starbucks shop and let me tell you, it was wonderful. There is a young lady name Jada or Jayda who took care of us with kindness and an inviting smile you seldomly see in the coffee industry. She made and her coworker made the yummiest dragonfruit lemonade drink and I tried for the first time, a chai latte with lavender foam. She prepared it perfectly without really knowing I prefer a sweeter chai and recommended the foam though I am new to foam on drinks. She’s a delight. The girl deserves a promotion! I now will be ordering more chai lattes and with foam! This little starbucks is worth the visit.“

“I really enjoyed this location. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient and the store was extremely clean. Parking for the location wasn’t great, but we had someone stay in the car so we didn’t need to pay for parking or anything. The drinks we ordered were made to perfection and tasted excellent!!“

“Aside from some wait times, this place is by far one of the best Starbucks I have ever been to. I am not a Starbucks girl, but because I am traveling this is the most convenient thing to work. These ladies are ALWAYS on it. They all know my order and have it ready before I even get to the counter.
I saw people griping about the tip screen - who cares? If you don’t want to tip then don’t. Regardless, I highly recommend this location. They are AMAZING“
“During busy hours, it can get very hectic which can make the experience very frustrating. Nonetheless, this is simply due to high demand. Overall, the staff are really warm and welcoming (during calm hours). Once you become a regular they greet with enthusiasm and kindness. “I don’t understand the bad reviews for this location. I was in town for 7 days during a software conference and had zero issues getting quality coffees and ice tea at this location. Admittedly, every order was through the app but none of the wait times via the app exceeded 7 minutes and my item was always ready at the end of the counter when I arrived. This was morning, noon, and mid afternoon. I ordered twice a day and the results were always fast and the quality was as I’ve been accustomed at any other Starbucks.
I’d recommend anyone ordering here do it through the app.“

“All the females are all so sweet and doing a phenomenal job but one Spanish boy making coffees likes to talk about other costumers with another costumer in Spanish possibly his girlfriend the way she hovers over the counter why he making other people order and think people can’t understand what they are saying . When we can actually understand what is being said . The males needs to get more training about making drinks and taken orders . If I’m ordering caramel Rim and drizzle that means I want the caramel all swirled on the cup not just my top of cold foam. Other wise I’d love to give a 5 star.“
“I literally came here for the first time ever on NYE. all the other Starbucks had closed early (like 5pm) for some reason. Closing at 5p on the one day of the year when most people are staying up late? Seems questionable. At any rate, I went to this Starbucks because I live in the area, and it's a great location. The employees are super friendly and they place is pretty big with seating room and it's a nice store. I'll be coming here more frequently because I was very impressed“

“This is an airport location so they don't have their own seating. But it's located in the Boston Public Market area by Gate 28 so there is seating and standing tables shared with the other businesses. I just had a croissant which was good and hard to mess up. My beverage was the usual Starbucks good and they're fast, especially given that there are usually a ton of people in line. I ordered ahead (Starbucks BOS Terminal C Gate 28") and was also able to use the new function to use my own cup. Win win.“

“This is the Starbucks at Terminal A Gates 13-22.The baristas are very sweet but the lines are long thanks to constant demand. So if you're thinking of grabbing a drink before your flight, time it and prepare for 15-20 min. Otherwise everything was prepared right and well.“
