Staff are a little misinformed of the refill policy (they state you must start with a Coffee/Tea, but you can actually start with any beverage and then refill with Coffee/Tea) but they were generally friendly and made the food fast. Cafe itself is suited for grab and go, seating area can seat about 12 people.
What is going on with the Starbucks at Seaport Blvd Boston? First, they were consistently out of beverages and food items for app orders. Then, it lack of staffing. Now, app orders take as long to get as if you ordered in store. Why bother using the app to order. This used to be a 4-5 star location but it's at an all time low for service.
