Staff are a little misinformed of the refill policy (they state you must start with a Coffee/Tea, but you can actually start with any beverage and then refill with Coffee/Tea) but they were generally friendly and made the food fast. Cafe itself is suited for grab and go, seating area can seat about 12 people.

absolutely terrible service! I am of Hispanic decent & was left waiting a hour while tons of people (white) came in & instantly left with there order & when I questioned what's going on was ignored completely rasist staff forsure will never go again & I buy Starbucks daily

Came in to pickup up lunch for later and kill some time before a meeting. Bathroom was unkept and didn’t even have soap (see picture). It was not busy (no line) with about 5 people behind the counter. I came in for a to go salad but there were none. So I settled for an OJ for now. Stood at counter, again - no line, for about 3 mins before I greeted/acknowledged. I have a low bar for Starbucks but this is a new low. Done with this corporate chain. They obviously don’t give their workers what they need to succeed.

They don't pick up the phone at all. I ordered something online and immediately called to ask if they could change it. No one picked up. I check back on the delivery app and it's already been picked up. Don't attach a number to your store if you're not even going to pick up when customers need to contact you. Ridiculous.

I never had a bad experience at a Starbucks but this place takes the cake the staff was very unpleasant and they were more anxious to get out of there than to service the customers I don't know maybe it's just Boston but I would never go back I dislike rudely people especially people who are unhappy with dealing with people

It was kinda messy inside, the tables and counters needed a good cleaning and so did the floors. But other than that, it was ok.
