Really disappointing experience at this Chipotle.
The hours posted on the door say they close at 11 PM, and Google also lists the closing time as 11 PM. Nowhere did we see anything stating that the restaurant closes to walk-in customers at 10 PM and is only open from 10–11 PM for online order pickup.
My boyfriend and I arrived right around 10 PM and were simply told they were closed and that we could only order online. No apology or explanation. Several employees...read full review
