I arrived around 8:30 a.m. on a Sunday, so it wasn’t too crowded. It was quite peaceful. I got a caramel macchiato and a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. I also wanted to mention that I think Joey was his name—he was pretty chill. Overall, it was a good experience. There’s only a limited dine-in option.
Wow! I’ve never been so impressed by a Starbucks before. The staff you have working here is incredible — they are friendly when you walk in, extremely practice and helpful for mobile orders, and clearly have regulars who love them. What a great experience!

Starbucks Coffee Company is considered one of the best in Boston, with top notch service from baristas who know what they are doing. It is a very high volume and busy coffee shop, especially in the mornings, doing a lot of take out and dine-in orders. They are always efficient, respectful, and get the job done well, even during peak hours, keeping up with demand. Mobile orders are fulfilled quickly. However, there are not many areas to sit and enjoy the beverage. Many recommend this store.
