A niche location, have been here a number of times when in my ‘30s and 40s but now not since mid-late ‘50’s, as aging slows digestion. The plus is there are a few varieties of dogs to get & sausages. Because it takes up so little space it is almost like a hot dog stand & that probably helps them in that their rent is much less than most other vendors in QM.
Hotdogs !!! Good, but they’re hotdogs.
Your basic hot dog 🌭 with friendly service. I had the Bob Barker with melted cheese 🧀. It was very messy so I recommend extra napkins.
I was given a cup of ice with my can of soda. That was very thoughtful.

Dog House is a popular spot in Faneuil Hall for a quick, affordable bite. Located at the west end of Quincy Market, it offers good quality hot dogs and sausages at very reasonable prices. The Boston Barker deluxe is a tasty choice, loaded with beef, chili, cheese, onions, mustard, and ketchup on a fresh roll. The Monster hot dog is also a favorite among visitors. Customers often enjoy the soft Italian-style bread for the Italian sausage and appreciate the friendly, fast service. Many have loved the Corn Dogs and Hot Dogs for years, sometimes sitting outside on the steps to watch street performers. Though it may not be the fanciest place, it is known for good value and tasty meals. During quieter times in the morning or evening, the experience is even more enjoyable. Don’t forget to ask for extra napkins!
