“I have been going to this Starbucks for as long as I can remember starting as a kid. It is a pretty small location, but it has plenty of tables and chairs. It's a great and calm place to study, read, do work, etc. It is right next to the train station, which can be convenient especially if you wanted to grab a coffee and take the t to Boston! The parking can be super annoying because there is only street parking and it is very limited. The lot is for the train technically. The staff are kind and they typically make the drinks very well! I have noticed that on the online app it often says they are sold out of sooo many things at this location, which is inaccurate. However, if you go into the store without ordering ahead they most likely have the product and you can just order in store.“
“It’s a good coffee shop but it’s small and they sometimes mess up drinks.Vegetarian options: Aside from the meat sandwiches, everything there is vegetarian, but little is vegan.Parking: The parking lot is reasonably big but it’s divided so you have to pull in on one side and turn into the lot which is somewhat annoying.Kid-friendliness: It’s a coffee shop. There’s cake pops there for kids but your kid is most likely not going to find anything there.Wheelchair accessibility: The whole area is flat so anyone in a wheelchair should be fine.“
“Went to this store super early on a Saturday morning and Zoe had the most positive attitude. She helped recommend a drink based on what I would like and really took the time to customize my order. Made my whole day! Thank you Zoe, you’re an angel!“
“It gets busy here because of the high school down the street but it hasn't impacted their service. One morning in a rush, I ordered my coffee and sandwich at a neighboring location by accident and the newtonville staff so kindly made both my coffee and sandwich in spite of the mistake without charge. Have frequented here over the last years as I work across the street but this act of kindness truly made my week.“
