I visited the Starbucks at Boston Logan Airport (45 Transportation Way) today and was disappointed. The staff's uniforms looked dirty, service was very slow, and the way the coffee was prepared didn't look hygienic. The coffee itself also tasted different from other Starbucks locations I've been to. For an airport location where travelers are in a hurry, this really needs improvement. I hope management looks into staff grooming, speed of service, and hygiene standards.
Besides the Starbucks in Falmouth, this has to be the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It’s a five minute walk from my house so it’s really on me. Monday extremely busy but I watched them make my drink halfway and then just forget that it was there stood there for 20 minutes and like hey do you guys have a white mocha as I watched the girl throw it in the trash. I paid for a decaf Americano. What I got is a little regular coffee plus 90% water. I am not sure it is so called decaf Americano.
