I never post but I needed to vent this. After a 10 hour flight I noticed that this Starbucks at 45 transportation way was opened until 9pm. I was craving a vanilla bean frappachino and walked up to the register at 8:26pm. They expressed that they weren't doing frappachinos anymore because they were closing. I understand that everybody wants to get out of work after a long shift so they start preparing to close a little early so they can walk out at just past 9, but to stop making anything on their menu ( drinks)that long before closing is unacceptable. They had at least 4 workers. I don't know who their upper management is but someone needs to address that. I was extremely disappointed and felt that was unprofessional and a terrible business practice. That was much to early to stop making all the drinks on their menu. I'm guessing that this is probably a nightly behavior.

This is the absolute worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I ordered ahead on the mobile app, I got there 10 minutes later, they were NOT busy (as evidenced by the 5 employees standing there socializing. My coffee was finally ready about 5 minutes later; my coffee cake was not. I stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge me… didn’t happen. I went over to the cash register.. they couldn’t be bothered. Finally a guy from the back came out and asked if he could help me. I showed him my phone, he got my coffee cake but put it directly in a bag with no wrap, no napkins. Nothing. I will never come here again.

Every employee avoid eye contact for a solid five minutes before the greeted us with no smile.While I was ordering, I was listening to a woman complain about her order that she wanted to see the sticker because she didn’t believe that what she ordered was what they made… Which gave me a little faith that they could get my order correct..which they did not. they messed up a simple, hot chocolate and they messed up a chai. Everybody seemed miserable. Worst Starbucks ever.

I ordered several items for mobile pickup; an americano with half and half, a shaken espresso with cold foam, and some food. upon arriving to the store, i found that only 1/4 of my items was ready, even though I had ordered 10/20 minutes ago and there was no one else in the store. of course, the only thing it was the hot drink (not hot at that point), and also made wrong, without the half and half they have no problem charging me for. they then informed me they didn’t have cold foam, despite it being on the app, available to order. I then had to wait another 5 minutes, with them asking me several times what I had ordered. I was still the only customer in the store minus one person in the drive thru, who must have been sitting at the window for 10-15 minutes before someone thought to help her. save yourself the hassle and do not go here. a waste of time, money, and energy, and they won’t even make your drink right. another great bonus, you can only order online using a starbucks card, which is highly inconvenient.

This Starbucks doesn't even have the basics that every Starbucks must have. And the staff have very poor knowledge of their products. Staff is just straight up clueless including the manager. Non of them even possess the basic requirements to do this job, to me which is basic listening skills. And let's not forget common sense.Dietary restrictions: How can a Starbucks not have heavy cream.

I don't understand why this Starbucks even opened. If you order it, they're probably out of it. Multiple items that are front and center on the menu? Nope, just on the menu to make it look nice. Something as simple as nonfat milk? They're out. And it's not an occasional issue, it's literally every day. You know that movie The Santa Clause? 75% chance you're the kid in the Denny's scene if you come here. Don't open a location if you can't keep it stocked.

management is abusive and terrible. nobody cleans properly and baristas serve expired food without a care in the world. working here and actually putting effort was a mistake. nobody cares about anything. they hiring minors and hood rats with no manners or dignity to what they’re doing. shift leads and assistant managers harass minors because they have a higher position and take for granted. please avoid this place if possible. DO NOT give them any of your money, it’s not worth it. just take the extra 10 minute drive to the next local starbucks at Orient Heights
