We stayed at the Hilton and our server was the sweetest woman. Food came out quickly and tasted great. It was a clean quiet area. The orange juice was fresh squeezed. It was convenient and delicious.
This is the breakfast restaurant at the Boston Hilton airport. Nothing impressive or bad. Tater tots are called potato croquettes here. I remember the wooden floors were creaky. The food and service were fine. The menu was basic. When I visited in May 2022 they didn't open until 7am.

My wife and I enjoyed breakfast on a lazy January Saturday morning at the Hilton. Arriving at 0930, we found only a few tables occupied when we were seated. Our table faced out large windows towards the front of the hotel. Sadly, there is no view of any aircraft at the airport. Our server promptly took our drink order; decaf coffee for my wife and pineapple juice fit me, yeah. I struggled to select from several good options on their one-page menu, settling on an omelet.
