“The cashier senior lady was one of the unwelcoming personnel I have ever encountered at any coffee shop. Not even one smile dropped, the whole demeanor when me and my dad went last week was uninviting and irritated. Didn’t want to stay there more than we needed to. Definitely won’t be coming back. The barista guy was more nice and friendly.“

“I usually come in the morning, and the people working there are always great. I’ve seen some reviews mentioning bad customer service, but it does seem like they’re working on improving that. However, when I come at night, I understand that the employees may be exhausted and ready to go home, but that shouldn’t affect the quality of the drinks or the customer service. Sometimes the drinks seem to be made more carelessly, with less flavor and attention to detail. I think no matter what time of day it is, customers should receive the same quality, effort, and positive attitude.“
