This isn’t a horrible Starbucks but they could be better.In the wintertime they don’t seem to keep the heat on at all or if they do it’s not running very much. After sitting down for more than 5 minutes you start to feel cold. I’ve had to stay wearing my jacket to eat something and instead of being able to sit down and use my laptop and enjoy my time, I have to rush out and have even left and gone to a library or other Starbucks because this one is too cold. This used to be my go to Starbucks, I always place my order through the app and pick up. The last few times my drinks have not been full all the way ( ordered Venti) I have let it slide because they are always busy and I’m always in a rush (that’s why I order in the app and pick up) but today took it to another level. I love it here! It’s not just a coffee shop, it’s a community. A true Hub for all to enjoy. Thank you team for giving us an awesome experience every time!Kid-friendliness: My son loves coming in with me. It’s where we have our bro time. They have a library and a art section for children to enjoy.
