Horrible service, I ordered a Frappuccino with little ice, the girl made a watery strawberry smoothie, there was no syrup around the glass or even above the Chantilly, I showed her a photo of how I wanted it, she said the syrup was mixed with milk and it wasn't made like the photo. (rude American attendant) I asked her for another person to review my order and one came (espano man) and said that the order was correct and there was nothing they could do, there was no manager for me to make the complaint. Bathrooms extremely dirty and with papers falling on the floor. floor in the main hall dirty too.

I too work in customer service and this location is the worst! When I walked in at 6am on a Saturday with no other customers around, they looked at me and then proceeded to do other things while I waited at the counter. They never look under staffed, but they are the slowest and too busy talking to one another. Another time I waited for 5mins at the counter, but had to leave to catch a train. Often times they bring your order down the end and don't even call your name, so you don't know when it's ready. There is a Dunkin Donuts near by, which takes me 10mins to walk to...but I could have walked there, received my order, and then walked to the train by the time this Starbucks even took my order. I've actually tested it out! I've tried to give this Starbucks a chance multiple times but they continue to fail when it comes to customer service. ????

This isn’t a horrible Starbucks but they could be better.In the wintertime they don’t seem to keep the heat on at all or if they do it’s not running very much. After sitting down for more than 5 minutes you start to feel cold. I’ve had to stay wearing my jacket to eat something and instead of being able to sit down and use my laptop and enjoy my time, I have to rush out and have even left and gone to a library or other Starbucks because this one is too cold. I understand it can’t be hot because the baristas would be dying and most places get chilly after you sit and aren’t moving for more than a half hour but if it’s cold enough that I can’t even sit long enough to enjoy some egg bites, there’s a problem.Idk if it’s anti homeless or just them cheaping out but either way, they’d probably up their sales if they upped the temps. There’s almost never anyone sitting around other than while they wait for their drink so I can’t be the only one who thinks this way.Sometimes they’re slow even though they’re not busy or even have a drive thru but the people behind the counter are nice and I’ve had convos with them as well as them being patient unlike some other locations. I hope they fix the temp issue and keep the bathrooms cleaner.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no handicap spots near this Starbucks and I’m not sure if there was a ramp up to the cement surrounding the Starbucks either. If there aren’t spots at the end of the market basket parking lot then you’ve got a car walk to get into the Starbucks in terms of the distances that are usually required for handicap placards and such. A lot of people also tend to not stop for you to cross even with a mobility aid.

This used to be my go to Starbucks, I always place my order through the app and pick up. The last few times my drinks have not been full all the way ( ordered Venti) I have let it slide because they are always busy and I’m always in a rush (that’s why I order in the app and pick up) but today took it to another level. Ordered a Venti shaken Expresso w sweet cream cold foam. When I went to pick up my drink it wasn’t all the way full like the past few times and I politely told the barista I ordered a venti and there was a lot of coffee missing and if I could have the foam be fluffier ( like it usually is) her response to me was she could fill the drink with extra ice. She looked completely annoyed and I understand however I’m paying almost $8 for a drink I expect it to be full and if I’m getting charged for cold foam I would like for it to be made correctly.
