“I once visited this location a few months ago and I can honestly say that the experience was so bad I ended up leaving without ordering anything. The Manager at the time was awful and I could see how disgusting their food prep area was. I recently returned to find that the old manager had quit and was replaced with a lovely new manager named Neon. They are honestly a shining example of what a manager should be. The store was significantly cleaner, the staff was far more attentive and compassionate, the drinks themselves were finally up to Starbucks standards. As it is now I would say one would be a fool to not give them another shot. Plus the hotel it's a part of is quite lovely.Vegetarian options: All drinks can come with nut milks.Dietary restrictions: Attentive to dietary restrictions and allergies.Kid-friendliness: The new manager is fantastic with children“
