Stopped by this Starbucks on Route 1 in Saugus since it was in the same shopping center where I had some errands to run. I’m a frequent visitor of Starbucks but this location just seemed to lack the quality when compared to other locations. The Caramel Frap had no flavor. It was a real disappointment. The Americano coffee was delicious, but it’s hard to mess up that drink.

“I come here often- but I had to write this. Mya is THE BEST barista. She always has a smile on her face and makes my coffee perfectly! Not only that but she always makes the most delicious samples. And if she sees me in line she has my coffee pre made and I’m in and out! I just really appreciate the customer services she provides it makes my day a little easier.“
“We had a great experience at this Starbucks. We ordered coffee and a breakfast sandwich, and everything was fresh, delicious, and made just right. The coffee was exactly what we expected from Starbucks, and the sandwich was warm, flavorful, and satisfying.
What really stood out was the kindness of the staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and they even gave my Pomeranian a Puppuccino, which absolutely made her day! 🐶 She loved every bite.
