I was at the Allstate Rd coffee shop. 4 young women behind the counter. Loud! Holding conversations amongst each other from one end of the counter to another...totally unrelated to work tasks. I stood at the counter, waiting for assistance while they completed their conversation. I love Starbucks and frequent several other locations and never experienced this. no work skills being learned here.
