This Starbucks needs better staffing, training, and management support. For three days in a row, service was extremely slow and the pickup counter was so overcrowded with drinks that there was literally no space for additional orders.

The Starbucks Coffee Company is located in the Hilton Hotel. It opens at 4:30am and is convenient for early flights. Customers can order coffee, yogurt parfait, breakfast sandwich, or the vegetarian impossible breakfast sandwich. Mobile order works well; a friend ordered a chai with coconut milk and a macchiato and both were perfect. The barista are so nice to customers, and the staff remember my order. The space is clean with nice seating areas and a medium noise level that is comfortable. Service is quick, blazing fast, and the area is large for sitting or working. Overall rating is A+.
