Notable dishes include chawanmushi, salmon cups, and handrolls. The food is fresh and delicious, with huge portions stuffed with large servings of fish. Favorites include the shrimp tempura, the eel, the scallop caviar, foie gas, and miso butter cod. The umami flavor combinations in the hand rolls are delicious, and the salmon cups are especially enjoyed. There isn’t a single bad item on the menu. Prices are not super inexpensive but it is worth the cost for the premium, high quality ingredients. There's no reservation and it is first come first serve.
