“Busy is an understatement, but this team isn't phased. Line nearly out the door but due to fantastic teamwork it was only a couple of minutes before I was giving my order. I was impressed.
To get to the counter you need go up some stairs. The inside was a bit warm and cramped. Place is better suited for takeout.“

“Oh my god this place gave me the biggest, heaviest, most delicious, dripping chipotle bowl I’ve ever had. Whoever that lady was in the back making the mobile order, bless her soul. I must return back as soon as I possibly can because wow was that bowl worth my $10. That could’ve lasted me a week, but it was so delectable it was gone by the end of the hour. That lady did me so well. I was so full afterwards I couldn’t walk for a good few hours. But this place will give u a bang for your buck. Go to this chipotle!“
“I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill was frustrating from start to finish.
First, the service was extremely careless. The employee taking my order barely acknowledged me, rushed through the line, and didn’t seem interested in getting anything right. The portions were also noticeably smaller than what you’d expect, especially considering the prices. The scoop of rice was uneven and skimpy, the protein portion looked like half a serving compared to what I’ve gotten at other locations, and I had to ask for a reasonable amount of toppings. Even then, it felt like they were guarding the food like it was coming out of their paycheck.
Cleanliness was another issue. Several tables were dirty, the drink station was sticky, and the trash bins were overflowing. The floor had visible debris, and the overall atmosphere just felt neglected. It didn’t feel like anyone had done a proper wipe-down in a while. For a restaurant that serves food assembly-line style in front of customers, cleanliness should be a basic standard.
Overall, the combination of inattentive service, weak portions, and lack of cleanliness made this one of the worst experiences I’ve had at this chain. I expect better consistency and professionalism, especially from a brand that markets itself as high-quality and fresh. Definitely disappointing…“
“Walked into this chipotle tonight on a quick decision after getting off my shift. Was the the only one in line. One guy took a deep breath and then got his gloves on. I felt that. But the thing is, is that he just does not have good energy. Maybe he was new (although I have seen him before)…anyways another guy came over to help me with my order. Hard working & prompt service from this guy. Mind you I walked in and this man was going ape mode on the grill. LIKE GRIT. I had to ask him his name because I love to see this. “Tami”. “Very busy- be prepared to be patient. Kudos to staff that work here. They built the burritos large and weren’t wrapped to good because of that, but the food was good and it didn’t take too long. Lot of door dash type people so I would recommend not ordering ahead because those folks were just waiting around and I got my food pretty quickly all things considered“
“I visited Chipotle for lunch and ordered a burrito. The food was fresh, well-seasoned, and delicious. What truly stood out to me, however, was the exceptional customer service I received from Francile. She was extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. When I asked her to recommend a drink, she suggested the Blackberry Izze, which was excellent. This location is very fortunate to have her on their team.“
