Staff is very rude to customers, observed twice. Food is like it is in any chipotle but basic service is not provided by staff. They pack the mobile orders in the worst possible way wherein the packaging is always leaking in the very first minute of receiving it in the store, and the staff are more into making you feel bad and commenting on our accent or way of speaking and using words rather than helping you with another dry bag.
The staff of commonwealth Chipotle store is extremely rude. We have faced this twice at the same store. They do not even fill the bowl properly and keep spilling your food on the counter. If you ask them to fill more, they will reply rudely. My friend asked two questions about chicken sides:1. Is it chargeable? Staff said yes2. What is the charge? He replied I am not here to answer your questions, I have a lot of work to do.After that, we waited for 10 minutes on the billing counter...read full review
