We wanted to order food, but only 2 out of 6 proteins were available at 1 p.m. Condensation from the AC was dripping onto the food stand. It's not ideal, and I would not recommend it. The other Chipotle locations in Downtown Boston are way better.
A very dirty place. They charged me an avocado even though I didn't buy it. I had to give them a refund. And in front of me, people in the neighborhood also had their money stolen from them, which they didn't put in. But the client didn't take the receipt like me and didn't notice the deception.

Also, some customers noted that the restaurant can get very hot when sections are closed due to maintenance issues. Overall, Chipotle continues to provide a reliable and enjoyable dining option.
