Came to eat at 8, way before closing time.Was out of tortilla for burritos, rice under cooked and crunchy, no salsa and had to settle with the spicy one which ruined the experience in general.Place often doesn’t provide cup for water so no wonder people rarely eat there.
When we arrived at Chipotle during our lunch break, we were looking forward to a nutritious, tasty meal. What we got instead was everything but. When ordering, we were greeted by nice employees, who seemed to be instructed to give people as little food as possible. The store seemed to not have any ingredients, as they were missing: cheese, WATER CUPS, and the entire soda machine was missing syrup and was non-carbonated without warning. As I’m writing this review, this Chipotle has been out of tortillas for at least the past two days. Completely ridiculous that I can’t order a burrito at Chipotle. Not an outlier at all - frequently something is wrong at this location. New management is needed.
